Is Nick Fury's LMD broken?

Trying to clear this month's Event Quest and noticed that Nick's "degen" triggered at the start of the fight. Thought initially it has something to do with the node but the node is Rich Gets Richer, so tested in duels and indeed no LMD at start of fight. Have anyone noticed it as well?

    I made a thread about this, lets hope one of them gets popular enough to get attention lol because this is a problem. It appeared to me that the persistent charge wasn't showing up for any of my champs, and it looks that way for you too. There is no persistent charge symbol, thus messing everything up.

    Yep, this literally just happened to me while trying to explore the cavalier eq.

    Edit: Just did the fight again and everything seems to be back to normal

    Edit 2: Nope, fought him again, still bugged.

    People are saying it's broken but I haven't encountered this bug once. I have a 5/65 Fury.
