Aegon or someone else to r5?

I posted a thread about this a while ago but I never got a clear answer. Should I rank 5 my Aegon. Someone told me I shouldn't because then I'd kill the opponent before I got a good combo. What do the rest of you think. I could r5 Arkus as well. I have stealthy and sym supreme but then I'll be missing 2 t2 alphas. Should I wait to get the right amount of t2 alphas and then r5 someone else? Other options can be Domino or venom. Thanks!
