Venom the Duck is not worthy
It’s time to stop pretending Venom the Duck is better than a novelty. Seatin has him in solid god tier and I’m here to say that symbiote boy does not belong there alongside Medusa and Venom etc. It’s pretty misleading to newer players.
I have him awakened as a six star and he is just a one trick pony. He’s good for one cheese - abusing armour nodes with sp2. Everything else he does is super dependent on RNG. You can wait 20 seconds or whatever to get the next buff, and there’s a 50/50 shot it’s going to be a useless defensive one. It’s not practical to ramp him up properly in any sort of endgame content. Compare this to Silver surfer who is in the God tier below. Surfer can actually select the buff he wants super easily, no mistake. If u need armour for havok, boom. Fury, boom. No issue.
VtD actually has very little utility at all. He’s pretty strong when everything goes right, but no stronger than other better champions and it takes multiple fights to get there. That’s if the dice rolls your way. Compare to Venom who has true strike, armour break, spider verse evade, nullify/regen, tons of damage. Or Medusa, fully locks down robots, etc. Magik - full power lock nullify craziness. I mean seriously there is no comparison. Would u rather get 6 star VtD or Magik? Easy decision.
So let’s demote this dude (and maybe put silver surfer up a tier.)
