Human Torch missing when he shouldn't.

So Iron Man IW blaster attacks "cannot miss" and that applies to evading. But Human Torch when he "cannot miss" can miss evades?

    Miss and Evade are completely separate mechanics. IMIW’s repulsor attacks say “cannot be evaded” too

    Where does it say repulsor attacks cannot miss?
    Edit:
    Repulsor hits don’t make contact, cannot be evaded, and deal Energy Damage instead of Physical.

    I suppose that i misunderstood the abilities themselves. I hadn't read the abilities for IMIW for a few years, and assumed that they hadn't changed or that my memory of them hadnt.
