I know lots of ppl dont like him but ihulk seems like a bit of a skill champ with massive payoff when things go right. Think of 28k mediums lol! So glad he decided to make this video

    need sp1 to stun with 60% chance or AI not to use their special attack

    The only reason he was able to keep up the rage stacks is because Ice Pheonix doesn't have an sp3, you won't be able to get his damage that high in most scenarios.
