Rank up dillema

I have some T2A in overflow and i have to rank up someone. However i am really low on ISO and also i don't know who to take up. Please keep in mind the iso cost for each rank up.

R3-R5: Domino (i have 6 star RULK, and in the future he could go up)

    If you are low on iso you can allways rank them up....add levels later👍

    That's true, but that means I can't take up lower rank champs :)

    Then just rank up whoever you enjoy using the most.
