Incursion Decision

The incursion decision should be timed. I have come across situations where the other party just doesn’t conclude or start. Now the guy nuked all his champs and I thought if I take out the boss it would automatically conclude since he lost all the champs in the first node. But, it shows me the decision making screen and unable to come out because the other guy just went on to do something else. There should be a timer within (say 5 mins) which the decision should be made else conclude.
