Nick first but both should be priority

Nick Fury is better choice for first rank 5.

Both should be r5ed as soon as you can. But go for warlock first if nick is unawakened or Nick first if he is awakened

If nick fury is unawakened or you haven’t got cav go for warlock. In any other scenario rank up fury.
