Here’s the thing, the king/queen idea doesn’t actually work because when we look at skill and mutant there are very few crazy good female characters. So I actually agree with everything in your first statement other than domino being the queen of the contest even though I normally wouldn’t put Elsa and domino so high.

You need to see a max sig Omega with suicides in action, then you'll understand. Mags is a beast against metal champs, Omega absolutely melts anything that's not a robot and he ignores SO many abilities.

Quake's extremely suicide friendly actually. No recoil damage if you don't throw specials. I run 3/3 coag too so she barely loses and health at all.
