    He doesn't Need his Awakened Ability right? Doesn't look like a Requirement, especially at fairly low Sig Level...

    His sig is great. More debuffs, more damage.
    You mean Buffs? Also I meant it's not a Requirement right? (Like Ægon's or Omega Red's Sig Ability for example)

    Oh great... He's currently Bugged, his Energize Buffs aren't Applying as a Permanent Buff when it's supposed to be.
    Went through Lag/Crashing Hell in the Arcade Event just to get this guy and he ends up being broke as well? 😲

    @LibertyPrimeV1 As a proud owner of 6* Roblin since his featured Cavs, the sig helps but is not needed, he still has great uses as evade counter etc. Any questions you can hit me up anytime.
