Domino+aq global

I may be missing something but domino is not interacting with the global in aq. The node gives stackable prowess based on number of mutants on the team, given to mutants. Oml triggers it and gains a prowess. Domino does not. I noticed a similar interaction when the global made mutant specials unblockable and she didn't do it. So I guess my question is, why isn't Domino a mutant as far as the game is concerned?

I noticed the same thing. Maybe it is because of the AAR?
