All I can tell you for sure is that for the moment, he is better than your other 6* (Mole Man). I believe Seatin used him for most of the grandmaster. I'll find you the link

He’s great for the 6.4 adaptoid boss - easy solo with stealthy.

He’s also a good grandmaster option. I didn’t really use my 5/65 anywhere else in act 6. That’s not to say he won’t be useful though
