Because you would have to use an emulator which is also easily used to hack the game, so kabam bans for the use of emulators.

If you just want to do it for a controller. A work around for Android is a usb c hub. It turns your charging port into an input. Plug your controller into that. I tried it for giggles bit it's not the same feel for me but to each their own.

If you have a chromebook you can safely play the game on it. Chromebooks have access to the Google play store and can run the game with it.
