You can do parry + heavy with warlock, and once you get the infection up, medusa won't heal from buffet. You can also throw your sp3 if you're low on health to heal back a bit.

I've heard warlock works great. I feel like bwcv would work but I haven't heard much about her. killmonger and medusa would also probably work

It's just a matter of how comfortable you are with parry heavy playstyle. I took 1 revive to defeat him with warlock.

Im pretty comfortable with all playstyles, its just that my mind stops working when I fight a boss

I mainly used symbiont supreme. Used his sp3 and about 50-75% are gone. Depending on your luck u can one shot her with him

You could probably do the medusa boss with blade, venom, or sym supreme. for lane clearers, bring omega and Claire and go down the biohazard path
