It's way lopsided in favor of the AI. But then everything is in this game. Kabam rarely makes a truly balanced champ or content. It's either OP busted or a complete garbo.

Sure enough it is 15%, just like BW's evade chance is 3%

The reason you fail your abilities a lot against domino is because I believe it counts your champion's RnG abilities too. For example... Namor placing a bleed on the opponent which is a 60% chance but a 40% chance to fail and when it does fail it counts. When Domino shuts down your ability through aar it also counts.
