Below are two videos of the same exact fight. One has the MHOX pre-fight activated and one does not. I first noticed this when fighting Rogue in the side event, but have noticed it in other fights as well.
As you can see, when the MHOX pre-fight is not activated, parry knock-back is normal, allowing for the heavy to connect without closing any distance.
With the pre-fight activated, Colussus gets knocked-back much further, causing the first part of his heavy attack to whiff.
