Can guillotine 2099 bypass the last phase of grandmaster by using sp3 when grandmaster is below at or below 5% health?

    I assume you mean collector, and no, she’s still subject to the damage cap so can only bypass around 1%

    ya ive been thinking about it for a while because for LOL there was Maestro, then collector next is prob GRANDMASTER or CHAMPION for something like, The Mark of a Legend or Dungeon of Legends
