Special 2 being Blocked by AI......(°_°)

So, Magik’s SP2 is being randomly blocked by the AI. The AI running Dormammu was able to recover immediately as you will be able to see from the side by side slow motion videos (frames are exactly the same). This is also happening with other champs as well. So, was this programed in for the AI, what do u think?
