Hello guys!! I had an unexpected opening with my 4* champions!!
I just popped them and then an error message appeared:
Couldn't afford the gacha spin
Name fourth science mystic dual crystal
Is valid true
Group events
Set 4start hero crystals
Version
Index0
Thats the message and i didn't get the shards nad the iso from 2 4star crystals

    Hey there, for something like this, I would recommend getting in contact with our Support Team. You can reach out to them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
