Gully2099 does not gain fury when blocking but still gains one regardless if she has armor up buff when she drains an opponent. On cavalier powered technician nodes.

She seems bugged on flux dispersal path too.
I assume it’s also linked to interaction with pacify but really annoying when those flux dispersal charges don’t come off when you parry/heavy.
