Theoretical Question About Stryfe

In Abyss, a Brand Of Abyss node (don't know which one) makes defender go permanently unstoppable and unblockable after given hit points are consumed. So my question is, does Stryfe can remove this unstoppable? If he can, then does he remove it permanently or only for the duration of stun?

It's a passive. Normal abilities don't usually interact with passive but I'm not sure here.
