Salve +1 or +3???

Is 1 mastery point in salve worth it or it needs to be +3 for suicide masteries??
And also should I max out willpower for suicide mastery?

Salve is good for players who are just starting out. 2* and 3* may regenerate a decent amount of their overall health, but once you start progressing in the game you should never have salve higher than 1.

Just to add some numbers here, 1* champs might have ~1000 health (ranked up). 2* champs will have between 1000 and 2500 health, more or less. Rank 3 salve will regenerate 4 health per tick or 8 health per second. With max Willpower that would be 9 per second. For a 1000 health champion that's almost 1% per second which is pretty good actually. For a 2500 health champion that's about 0.4% per second which is still decent. But once you get to 3* champs where your health will be between 2k and 7k (more or less) at 7k health 9/s is only about 0.1% health per second which is trivial. Above that it is unnoticeable and the points are better spent elsewhere (but you need at least one to unlock Recovery which is itself beneficial in many cases).
