Rocket Raccoon just needs a small update.
His damage is good, but he lacks of any utility.
Maybe longer armor breaks and bleeds, and some other utility on his heavy or sp3 would make him a good champ.
We will find out pretty soon, as he is surely a candidate to get buffed.

yeh rocket just needs small update, longer armor breaks for sure,some form of resistance,or shrugg off,gain long armor up buff and fury on sp3 etc

yeh may b even few added lines to sig ability, since diminishing returns messes up his sig ability,may b like combo shields, n gain some bonus like Aegon, i'd love to see something fitting his 'scrapyard' thing too, no idea what can b done but could surely b interesting

also just to clarify this is R2 racoon!! and i m taking him to R3!! showcased his gameplay on act 7,variant and he is perfectly viable,i am at stage i rank up champs for "fun" . anyone at stage of having t5c knows what to upgrade and what to bench so again this is just meant to showcase lesser used champ that no one will rank ever! i like his 100k sp2s but just showing that he is capable of doing 100k sp2s ,i never once said he is Top tier champ or has 100 utilities like warlock or ghost ,lol . at the end of the day it is game and its meant to have fun with,rocket is fun for me,even wasp , cull obsidian, no one has to take them to R3 over champions they actually need to clear the content.

Wow I'm actually really impressed by that damage. I'm excited to see what Kabam will do with that damage and expand upon it with utility and hopefully new synergies if he ever gets an update.
