Parry heavy to SP3, every time you knock down the opp, he gets a prowess. Make sure you get to 30 prowess atleast and then throw and SP3. Also fight someone like darkhawk or sentinel or something.
Also I really hope you're just being sarcastic, cause if not, man either you're new and you're watching old videos or you're just....I honestly don't know man
