Apocalypse VS Thing Boss Bug?

I'd like to know 2 things there :
1. Where are my prowess passives in this fight?
2. I have max despair and Thing still regens as if he isn't affected by it

    1. The prowesses disappear after 1:26

    With max despair, 4 debuffs with 1 being a poison reduces Thing's regeneration rate by only 90% which means he should still be able to heal a small amount. Also most people will be running max recovery.

    The prowess issue I can't answer. Definitely looks like a bug.
