Magneto vs encroaching stun

I’m planning on getting an initial clear of variant 2 today and only have the last chapter left. Just wanted to know if magneto’s AAR affects encroaching stun.

    It does but I wouldn't rely on it

    If you get 100% aar with archangel you can bypass it reliably. Even a 4* can do it.

    It's only a 70% chance for that to happen though. So, it's not reliable unless you run pacify and can time a stun with it.
