Kicked off Abyss path

I was in the middle of an abyss path last night and decided to stop and finish in the morning. I did a bit of arena, and the game crashed. When I got back in I was no longer in the middle of an abyss path. I livestreamed the whole path so far so easy to find where I stopped, and I have contacted Kabam support. Is there anything else I can do to get back on the path? It looks like many had a similar issue in December, for anyone that this happened to, how was that resolved?

For a sense of scale, i had already done 5.5 hours of the run.

    Thanks guys, definitely a stressful experience. It’s a weird feeling because I don’t even want to play in case that makes it harder to reset me to where I was in abyss. Hoping it gets resolved quick

    This just happened to me and im fuming. I was ≈1500 units worth of resources deep and now everything is gone. I wrote support.

    woot woot happened to me too. wasn't using aegon, so not as tragic, but i was using apoc and need those charges back and horseman ability back on cable

    same thing happened to me just 15 mins ago , i was doin so good and it kicked me out , and kabam doesnt even care about it , i need a compensation rn.
