Ronan need upgrade

All previously unused Champs has been modified e.g. IRON PATRIOT, WINTER SOLDIER, PUNISHER, RACKET RACOON got shield even Rhino, who got major upgrade few months ago. I think one champ who is lagging way behind is RONAN. He's need to be upgrade to current Champs. His dup doesn't work against non buff Champs like most of skill/ science Champs.
