Umm I did 5.2.5 3 days ago with worse champs, and coz of that stupid buffed daredevil. He sucks to play with but is SO irritating to fight against. Anyway you should be able to clear it easily, just practice the bane node against Moon Night and when you fell you get the hang of it then do the quest. Because if bane is hard for you, fighting against the Collector with the bane node is going to bring on a whole new level of pain for you (plus like 10 team revives and a gazillion units) sooo..... practice against Moon Night

Take doom, sunspot, warlock, and whichever two of your other top champions you like the most and will use. The difficulty of 5.2.5 is bane. If you learn how to play against it that chapter should be easy. And about the daredevil boss, learn how long his sp1 is and you should be good. His sp2 is also easy to bait.
