Game shuts down and closes on iOS

The game just shuts down...
no warning, no log out, just closes completely every 20 mins of playing.

iOS iPhone XS Max, Version 14.3

This has been happening since 1st week of January and obviously shut dow like this loses half health when in a fight.

    Also I can’t log on to game if not on wifi, regardless off cell signal.

    Getting booted has been happening to me and my teammates for months now. There is no way you don’t know this is happening. I just lost 50% health in AQ yet again. Why won’t you acknowledge this and fix it. This is costing serious time, units and money. Please fix it.

    Hey there, sorry to hear about this. I would first try to go through our troubleshooting steps for iOS. If that doesn’t solve the problem, I would get in contact with our Support Team. They can be reached from the game’s home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled “Support”.
