Is the Beta for Act 7.2 today or in 11 days

I thought the beta was for today or is it for 11 days then I’ll be able to participate

On the 9th of Feb.

Pretty sure today was the deadline to accept or reject being able to participate, while the actual beta is going to be in a little while
