how to get out from this arena crash system during spider.ham fight?

i have no idea how to get out from this crash system. double closing the app and restarting the phone isn't helping. so now every time i see or fight a spider-ham it's going to be a new norm from kabam's perspective?

edit: redownloading the game fixed the problem. This isn't getting any closer to an solution to fix the crashing. it shouldn't be the norm if this drags on.

the way I've got out was
1. let the game crash loading vs Spider-Ham initially
2. reload the game and let the game crash again loading vs Spider-Ham again
3. wait 10 min to let crash recovery system expire
4. go back to the fight, it will kick you from arena with a network error
5. you can now fight the next fight or reach the summary screen if it was fight 3

don't know if this will work for everyone but it does for me

That could work or either redownloading the game with lots of time during lockdown.

SpiderHam in ARENA...

When you restart game and come back to Arena Panels, just give up and hit the EXIT DOOR on that Arena (upper left corner of Arena Panel).
That will LOSE that matchup, and you will have to start your Streak over again, but at least you can continue.

Well I’m sorry that you think I’m that stupid. The game is not giving you any option to bypass the crash system for example pressing X if the system ask if you want to continue the match or forfeit. You have to go through different method for example wait for more than intended or redownload the game. Im aware that there is an EEEEEXXXXIIIITTTT door right before going back in the said arena and it should not be an solution or the new norm every time the game crash on you.

Please refrain from using the three dot because it’s making you an habit to make people feel stupid.

Thats how I can play spiderham ... not sure how this was not mentioned as fixed in the next update .. smh

Yes. Which I find it very weird given the evidence to kabam. Even KabamBoo saw the issue and acknowledge that the “team” is looking at it when it hasn’t been acknowledge any at all in the known issue list. Probably because it gives them cash.
