Missing summoner sigil purchase

@Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Vydious i have made a purchase on my account hamsosum of a summoner sigil, and my number of days left did not increase by 30.
Can somebody please check? Thank you

I have restarted the game multiple times, money's gone from the visa card, I have a google play purchase receipt.. but no summ sigil.
