Nebula sp1 powerdrain broken

In the few fights I had against her/with her it said she did power drain but no power was drained.

I have nebula 4* at r5. The power drain only works depending on the amount of shocks are stacked on the opponent

Same here, it always tells me she power drained but then nothing happens to the oppenent's meter other than rises.

It seems like almost all power drainers are having problems. Vision's SP1 is actually a power gainer now.
