Namor’s regeneration doesn’t work?

I have a 4 star Namor, awakened. Whenever I use his special 1, the regeneration buff appears but he doesn’t regenerate any health at all...

According to this, all his specials should trigger regeneration. As far as I can tell, only his first special does.

He does regen 3% of missing health when launching the special attack.
Is not a buff, it is an instant healing

Also, unless tour health is very low its potentially too little regen to notice on your health bar. If you were at 90% health the regen would be for a whopping 0.3% of your total health pool.
