What to do?

I have cap IW at r4 sig 51 collecting sigs to make him 200 and then r5 but now I'm not so sure.... yesterday I got a science AG and now today I got void....now I'm confused in whome should I invest?

    Cap IW mainly because he's already ranked and has sigs. But it will be a good to invest in Void soon after especially if you are gonna do abyss soon.

    Cap at Sig 200 removes the RNG from his kit which is really nice. Void is fantastic at high sig but he just gets better as you add them. There is no critical threshold you need to get to to make him usable. He can still do all the things you want him to do at Sig 1 (or even unawakened). Cap can sometimes struggle to do some of this things he's best at if his Sig level isn't where it needs to be.

    Cap because of the rank and high sig perhaps invest in void during the later game.
