Do critical hits penetrate armour up buffs?

I don't think so only if it says that this champions critical penetrate armor to see the info just click on the champion then click on info then click on signature ability and scroll down then you should see it

if I recall correctly, critical hits do not ignore armor but rather a large chunk of it more than a normal (white text) hit does.
