He has nice utility but his damage is close to non existent at low sig or in matchups where you can't reverse a lot of regen, that utility he has is also very niche.

What will you do of utility if he doesn't have the damage to back it up?

Yes that is my point yes he has utility but matches where there is no regen and he is un duped he is mostly useless he need some upgrade in base attack too or like his attack increase by 1% for every nuclear charge he had something like that

Shouldn't his slow potency increase with nuke core as well? That should counter the increased AA... I think it's only about 60%, so above 60 core the slow should prevent it. Weird if that didn't work
