Mole god or guardian?

After seeing mole mans new buff, my first ever 6* out of the seven I currently have may be actually more useful! I was going to take my guardian up to rank 5, but now I’m on the fence. What should I do? (This would be my second ever r5 or r2)

He’s also at such a high sig that I can’t justify taking him up over Guardian. Both have utility, but Guardian has more plus the beefy damage.

I know Guardian is better, but Mole Man's buff made him really fun, and he has some good damage
