It's about as an easy set of Objectives as you are going to find. It's really not that difficult.

Just rank him up during level up and auto play normal. Should clock most of the objective milestones.

Personally I quite like the fact that they are giving iso as rewards.
Really helps players like me who have 0 iso and have 3 r5 champs at level 1

Not only the ISO rewards, they made the quest similar to everyone no matter their level, done through the free 3 star Psycho-man only.
