Valentine cards

We need 32 cards for all the gifting milestones.

We have romance arenas, which give 3 each, for 4 weeks. So here we have 12.
We get 3 from romance calendar, for 4 weeks. So 12 more.

We get 1 in Heroic SQ and 2 in Master SQ. So total 27 till now.

Need 5 more. Where else can i get them?

Don't have epic or legendary difficulties unlocked yet.

You answered your question above. You haven't unlocked all the requirements yet (epic/legendary) so you won't be able to get all the milestones. It's progression based.

8 come from epic and legendary. More than likely there will be some players that won’t hit all milestones without accessing some of those difficulties in the side quest.

If you're uncollected you can get a total of 31 valentine's cards. One less than the amount you need to complete the gifting event.
If you're cavalier you get 37. 5 more.
It's really not fair.

The valentine calendar is for 4 weeks, so UC players can get 32. Not an issue. It's not complete for players below UC.

Not really because the epic side quest only gives 4 cards so 27 + 4, 31.

Sure it is fair. The last milestones have rewards more geared towards players with the title that it requires. If you feel like you are worth those rewards, prove it and get uncollected or Cavalier. There is nothing unfair about it. With the exception of needing a poison immune getting cavalier is pretty much skill based. As long as you can make a team of 5* champs.

I think it would make more sense if they had done an extra milestone just for cavaliers, since they are gonna have 7 cards left.
To leave uncollected missing the last milestone by one card is just cruel.

Right, and everyone has the time to do everything the game offers. What I meant is that it's not fair for uncollected not be able to finish it by 1 card only while cavalier will have 7 cards left, that won't contribute to the event.

Plus, 95% of the monthly side quests have legendary difficulty opened for uncollected. This one is not, so we're not even able to work for that one card.

Quests are long and cannot be finished with 70 energy. It takes roughly 2-3 hours to complete a quest in story, unless you have plenty energy refills or units to buy them. So you do have to have time and/or resources to do it, which once again, many don't.

For the time constraint, I'd suggest to put easier difficulties on auto fights and simplt aelect the next path node for them. Put your strongest champs nto it so it will be easier for the AI to win.
I do this for all normal difficulty and first two chapters of heroic. The rewards are okay okay. Since you're working the AI will fight for you.

So, start a quest on one day, finish it on the second? A quest path only takes 30 minutes at most, maybe 5.3 can be an exception if you do not bring the right class. But still, if you cannot get to the title because of time, you cannot put in enough 'effort' and thus will not get the highest rewards. Same as with everything else in life. If you cannot do the same as another person, you should not get the same as the other person. Even in a game.

Nope. Cards are not available in gifting milestones. First milestone gives self love boost.

You have yet missed the original point. My criticism is not about what's being offered for one or the other. It's been always like that. Is that those who are not cavalier will be kept out of the last milestone by ONE card, while cavaliers will have 7 left that won't contribute for the event. If the last milestone was at 39 cards (the amount cavalier will be able to collect) it would make sense. And it's not like I can choose to do less work to snatch the milestone before last because i'll still need to get all the cards available.

It's not the end of the world. It's just that it doesn't make sense. Not even considering the "effort" put into it.

Since, you compared it to real life let's do an exercise: you have worked the entire month and you also want to buy something that for a limited time costs $505. At the end of the month you only have left $500. They won't let you buy it unless you do the equivalent of $200's worth of work for that extra $5. Makes sense?
