Can I get any tips on how to set up my masteries according to my account and progress in story mode. In story mode I am currently in book1 act6 chapter1 quest3.

I suggest taking points out of the skill, mutant, and cosmic masteries and either putting them into despair, willpower, or mystic dispersion.
