Fighting the mr fantastic boss in cavallier quest, he evaded while being locked-on. Is that expected?

    Can't Mr F gain a evade chance stronger than Falcons lock on decreases it if I'm not mistaken?

    Mr F gets 5%? chance to evade for each debuff on himself and the opponent. Might be 7% or something...

    So he can get more than 100% chance which is greater than falcons AAR

    Since mr fantastics evade chance increases based on the number of debuffs, lock on is overrided here.

    Very dumb interaction, but at least this guy doesn't have limber or stun immunity, so just hit him when he is stunned or push to sp2.

    Cool, thank you guys! I'm considering ranking him up to 6* r2 and was testing him, and I didn't expect that evade!
