4* Awakening Gem Offer

Anyone know roughly the time between each 4* awakening gem with 20 signature stones offer is? Or any offer similar to that? I have my units saved up to awaken my Star Lord, just waiting for the offer. The last one was around a week ago. Is there any sort of pattern, or is it just completely random?
