Missing 1% of A T5CC Skill Catalyst

I currently only need 250 shard to form a t5cc. It’s been a month with no luck. 😂 I’m about to open a 5% t5cc crystals and before I do I wanted to see if you guys could guess what the algorithm is gonna deal me. 😂 This is solely for fun.

This is a pretty good test of sorts. Give random people 6 random choices. Which can only been answere by just picking one without any knowledge or logic behind it. And as you can see. All answeres are chosen about the same amount of times. Atleast it is currenlty. 12/14/12/13/13/12.

Yep, 1% would be missing 450, but he is only missing 250 Frags. Haven’t seen anyone mention as far as getting Frags (as an FYI for others who don’t have very many so far). Are there different places (other than the 2%, 5%, etc whole percent crystals) where you get some fixed lower amount of T5CC Frags ??

And from where ? Else, why is he not on an exact WHOLE PERCENT boundary with his Frags ?
Do the Cav quests give some lesser amounts ?
