Kingpin daredevil synergy bugged?

The synergy says that when kingpin is unstoppable the opponent can’t evade.

However, in the cav skill quest with mix master, even when I’m unstoppable via heavy or after sp2, the opponent is still evading me occasionally.

Am I missing something here?

    I’m not sure, but I believe the skill node with mix master adds up to 150% evade chance when you trigger Mix Master. If Kingpin reduces evade chance by 100%, then they still have a 50% evade chance when you trigger Mix Master.
