Nah the love is still there proxima or corvus never cheated on each other even in the comic's and they have such a beautiful synergy that helps them both

Medusa tends to get around, Black bolt has 5 wives
Reed rarely cheats, sue is faithful but when you have an admirer like Namor anything can happen

considering how much of a jerk Reed is in the comics, I’m not surprised
