Phycho-man not magnetized by red magneto

When I was fighting psycho-man with red mag in the cavalier difficulty, I noticed he was not magnetized.

I took a screenshot. Although it is in Mandarin, but clearly you can tell there is no magnetized passive (the red symbol) and I have already hit him 15 times(as shown by the combo meter). It was definitely more than one second after I started the flight. Psycho-man is metal. I was wondering if this is a bug or does psycho-man have some special abilities to counter red mag?

If you charge up your heavy at the start of the fight, he applies a concussion on you preventing him from being magnetised. Try waiting untill Magnetized has been placed to charge your heavy.
