Act 6.3.1 Medusa Boss is Immortal (Broken)

I was doing my last path to explore act 6.3.1, Can't stop won't stop path after kingpin buff, I used many items ( level 2 & 3 revives, some health potions, units and boosts), because its the hardest path and when I reached to medusa boss it was broken and not receiving any damage from bleed. That's was very very disappointing and discouraging. I submitted a ticket 7 days ago But the ticket has been closed and there is no post from kabam regarding this issue.

I took this screenshot around 6 -7 days ago , I didn't receive any compensation so I didn't dare to spend any item on it again.

@HI_guys When did you last played this quest, I really wanna know if it's fixed or not because its the only path left for me to explore chap 3 100%.

Yeah I'm facing the problem with Medusa
The damage taken by the bleeds is very less .200% bleed vulnerability is not in effect.
