Loyalty Crystals and Solo Crystals have Champion, Attack, and Health Boosts, though I'm not sure what %.

Champions boosts ur talking about if so 30% u can only get from the unit packs for aq and like offers here and there, 20% u can get from aq day 1 alliance event and also places where 30% ones are so unit packs or offers
